01 Feb Precision Communications Group and BAM Strategy announce agency Merger.
Montreal, QC —(February 2017) – Precision Communications Group and Digital firm BAM Strategy & Advertising announced the two agencies have merged, creating a new agency structure. “For the immediate future, the two brands will continue to operate under their existing agency names, though now they are part of the newly formed group”, states BAM’s Managing Director, Lonn Shulkin. “The move enables the two companies to combine resources, and address the ever changing digital world, where the shopping experience, whether B2B or B2C extends beyond just the internet and our connected devices.”
Combined, the two agencies will employ over 75 full time employees, and will operate out of BAM’s Montreal headquarters. Founders and principals of both companies Chris Emergui, Glen Eisenberg, and Lonn Shulkin will continue to serve in their current management roles in the newly formed group.
